Grabfinsteris: This track starts off with a slow captivating darkness which pulls you in creating the atmosphere which turns to black, just in time for you to then be assaulted by what can only be described as powerful and raw unadulterated Black Metal. No gimmicks here! It is pure evil and the vocals are sinister.
The composition of the track is very well put together, the drums are tight, precise and powerful.

Thron Aus Furcht throws you right in with extremely fast violent blast beats and riff, still very raw, and as edgy as the last track. This takes me to a dark place and brings me pure pain. Perfect! The vocals are definitely coming across tortured and evil...it really works!

Wahn, This high tremelo riff intro captivates you with melodic but brutal power, without being too "melodic", its just perfect black metal!. Then the drums come in and continue the assault. Pure unadulterated BM of epic proportions.

Overall Grabfinsteris for me is definitely traditional Black Metal, they impress me a lot, especially for a demo band. They have pulled off a masterpiece with this soon to be released demo, I think these guys will go a long way, especially since their music is very reminiscent of 2nd wave european BM. That's what pulled me in!
I want to see how they are live on stage!
